Tip #1:
Wait at least twenty-four (24) hours after eating a large plate of Chicken Vindaloo before jogging. This is especially important if you instructed the waiter to make it “extra spicy.”

I suspect we really don't want to hear the full story on this one.
Let's just say this, Timo: In terms of athletics, having "fire in the belly" isn't necessarily a good thing.
It also explains why one is unlikely to find many joggers in Goa.
Just thank your lucky stars you weren't at a yoga class.
