Wow, nice ribs, Sal. :-) Too bad I just ate.

But what happened to the Weber??

That *is* the Weber. It has three sections. The first two photos are of the bottom section, which holds the charcoal and wood chunks The middle section holds the meat and the water pan. The top section is the domed lid

Christina...do you really think I'd go through all the trouble to ship a Weber here, and then not use it? Tsk, tsk, tsk...

Oh yea, I'm with you Culinary! Rib slapping good! So, how did they taste? I tried a new recipe today but it came out WAY to salty! I also made pan fried kim chee mandu. Now THOSE were outstanding!

Ooop, my mistake! I should have recognized the shiny newness of it all. I just thought maybe you were waiting to baptize the Weber with a brisket or two.

And yes, the recipe would be great because those ribs look delicious.

Happy New Year Sal!
I'd love to come over for dinner. I still have a few days left before school starts, so, why not?

Hey Franje:

The early bird doesn't just get the worm. He gets the ribs, too.

And you, my friend, are a late bird. Don't fret. There's always summer vacation.

Good luck in school. Don't forget to teach that Darwin thing.

Sal
